Service availability & stock notes

Service availability & stock notes

Service availability depends on the product type and the current capacity/stock in each location.

This page explains what “availability” means for OneCloud vs Bare Metal, and what to do if your preferred location is not available.

OneCloud availability (capacity-based)

OneCloud is a cloud platform where availability is primarily based on regional capacity.

  • If a region is shown during ordering, it is currently available for new deployments
  • If a region is not shown, it may be temporarily unavailable due to capacity limits
  • If you need a different region, you can typically deploy a new instance where capacity exists and migrate your workload

Tip

For OneCloud, treat region availability as dynamic. If a region is full now, it may become available later.

Bare Metal availability (stock-based)

Bare metal (dedicated servers) depend on physical inventory in a specific datacenter.

  • Availability can change based on hardware stock
  • Some products are offered on-demand, but deployment still depends on availability and possible lead time
  • If your desired server/location is not listed, you will usually need to check with Sales for alternatives or estimated availability

What to do if your preferred location is unavailable

If you are ordering OneCloud

  • Select another available region
  • Deploy a new instance and migrate
  • Try again later if you require a specific region

If you are ordering Bare Metal

  • Check other listed locations/configurations
  • Contact Sales with your requirements to confirm:
    • Stock in the desired location
    • Possible alternatives
    • Estimated deployment time (if on-demand)

Why availability changes

Availability may be affected by:

  • Capacity limits (OneCloud)
  • Hardware stock constraints (Bare Metal)
  • Maintenance or network changes
  • Product restrictions (not every product is offered in every region)

Note

If you have strict requirements (specific country/city, latency targets, compliance needs, or deployment deadlines), contact Sales before ordering to confirm feasibility.
