Create a OneProvider account and log in
This article shows how to create a OneProvider account and sign in to the Client Area so you can order and manage services.
Create a OneProvider account

Go to the OneProvider website
- Open: https://oneprovider.com

Open the Client Area login page
- Click Login / Client Area (the label may vary depending on the page).

Start the registration
- Click Create account, Register, or Sign up.

Fill in your details
- Enter the requested information (for example: email address, password, name/company, address details if required).

Accept the terms (if prompted)
- Review and accept the applicable terms/policies shown during registration.

Verify your email address
- After submitting the form, check your inbox for a verification email.
- Click the verification link to activate your account.
Note
If you don’t see the verification email, check your Spam/Junk folder. You can also try resending the verification email from the login/registration page.
Log in to your account

Open the login page
- Go to https://oneprovider.com and click Login / Client Area.

Enter your credentials
- Type your email address and password, then submit.

Complete two-factor authentication (if enabled)
- If your account has 2FA enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app (or follow the on-screen instructions).
Once logged in, you can access your account dashboard to manage orders, services, invoices, and support tickets.
Reset your password
- On the login page, click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address used for your account.
- Open the password reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
Tip
If you don’t receive the reset email, check Spam/Junk and make sure you entered the correct email address.
Troubleshooting
- Incorrect email or password
- Try resetting your password and ensure you are using the correct email address.
- Email not verified
- Complete email verification before attempting to log in again.
- 2FA code not accepted
- Ensure your device time is set automatically, then try again.
- Page does not load or loops on login
- Try another browser or open a private/incognito window.
